My work is different. I don't do fluff, and I don't do endless chatting. I use a structured, month-long model to help you actually understand your internal world — the parts of you that feel stuck, the physical tension you can't quite name, and the whys behind your reactions.

I'm bridging the gap between deep clinical insight and your actual biology.
