My job isn’t to hand you a prescription for happiness—it’s to walk with you through the mess and help you uncover the clarity and strength you didn’t know you had.
I believe that freedom begins in the mind. The thoughts you entertain, the stories you tell yourself, and the beliefs you hold—all shape the reality you live in. And sometimes, those very thoughts become chains.
I know because I’ve been there.
For years, I carried the weight of an inner critic that made me second-guess myself at every turn. I saw it in others too—brilliant, capable people trapped in cycles of self-doubt, guilt, and overthinking. It wasn’t enough to just “be positive” or “try harder.” Real transformation required something deeper.

Why I Do This Work

When I’m not working with clients, I’m savoring the little joys of life—playing with my baby girl, taking peaceful walks along the shore, or immersing myself in the holy Bible. I love meditating on God’s word, spending time in heartfelt prayer, and finding creative expression through painting and singing gospel music. My heart is always drawn toward ways I can make a difference in the field of mental health, striving to bring hope and healing to others.
