For ebooks and other digital resources:

  • Upon successful payment, a direct download link or file will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

  • Please ensure your email ID is entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of payment confirmation, please contact care@anaitaarthurveigas.com.

2. Therapy & Coaching Services

As our core offering is service-based:

  • No physical shipping applies to therapy sessions, coaching packages, or group programs.

  • Access details, confirmations, and links (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet) are delivered digitally via email.

  • All sessions are scheduled based on prior confirmation and are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

3. Printed Journals & Books (via Pothi.com)

All printed journals authored by Anaita Arthur Veigas are fulfilled through Pothi.com, a print-on-demand publishing platform. Therefore, Pothi’s shipping policy applies in full:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are shipped via registered courier services or India Post, depending on serviceability.

  • International Shipping: Shipped via India Post. International Book Post shipping is unregistered; tracking numbers may not be available.

  • Production Timeline: Printed products may take 3 to 14 business days to produce, depending on volume and specifications. Shipping time is additional and varies by location.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

  • For any issues related to physical product orders (e.g., journals), please contact info@pothi.com directly with your order number.

4. Delivery Address Responsibility

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Delays and Liability

  • While we strive to adhere to all stated timelines, delays due to courier companies, postal authorities, customs, or production backlogs are beyond our control.

  • We guarantee timely handover of physical orders to our fulfillment partners; however, we do not take responsibility for shipping-related delays thereafter.
