Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy

At my private practice, every session is designed to offer you exceptional depth, safety, and transformation. Time, energy, and emotional presence are not commodities—they are sacred. As such, the policies below exist to honour both your healing process and the integrity of this therapeutic container.

Please review this policy carefully before booking.

For Single Sessions

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for rescheduling.

Sessions missed without sufficient notice will be marked as used and are non-refundable.

At my discretion, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered in the case of unexpected emergencies.

For Group Therapy or Mastermind Sessions

Due to the intimate and confidential nature of group spaces, no recordings or catch-ups are provided.

If you miss a group session, it will be considered missed and non-refundable.

Cancellation of an ongoing group therapy or mastermind program is allowed within 30 days of enrollment.
Any sessions already attended will be deducted, and the unused portion will be refunded accordingly.

For Individual Therapy & Coaching Packages

Therapy and coaching packages are valid for three months from the date of purchase.

Cancellations within the validity period are permitted. Attended sessions will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Unused sessions beyond the 3-month window are forfeited and non-refundable.

Books & Journals Ordered via Pothi.com

Books or journals authored by Anaita Arthur Veigas and sold via Pothi.com are printed on demand. As such:

No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted once the order is placed.
Pothi.com does not take responsibility for content quality, grammatical errors, design issues, or overall appearance, as the publishing platform allows independent authors to control their own content.
If your order has a production defect (e.g., missing pages, torn or damaged corners), Pothi.com will replace it.
Please email info@pothi.com and cc care@anaitaarthurveigas.com with your order number and a description of the defect.

Refunds for Completed Sessions

All sessions—whether individual or group—are professional, time-bound services.
Once delivered, they are considered fulfilled.
No refunds will be issued for completed or attended sessions.

Payment Requirements

Full payment is required upfront to confirm your sessions or package.
Alternatively, an autodebit plan may be arranged based on the specific service agreement.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare instances where a disruption occurs from my end (e.g., emergency, illness, or technical failure), your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
I hold your well-being in the highest regard and will always communicate proactively should rescheduling be necessary.

Please note:
No refunds are provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Rescheduling Policy

I understand life is unpredictable. Should illness, family emergencies, or personal crises arise, I ask that you reach out at the earliest so we can explore rescheduling options.

In the event that I need to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled promptly at no charge.

Therapy is not just a calendar event—it is a commitment to yourself. Let’s honour that, together.
