Listening Circle (INR 900 / USD 45 per month) – Bi-weekly, small-group (3-person) live Zoom/GMeet calls. It’s structured, intimate, and built for deep connection.

The Wisdom & Compassion WhatsApp Community (Pay What You Can) – A group space where we practice mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional intelligence together. Less structured, but equally intentional.

"How much time do I need to commit?"

Listening Circle – Just two sessions a month (~60 minutes each).
