At Talk Mental Wellness with Anaita Arthur Veigas, we are committed to providing high-quality psychotherapy and mindset coaching services. As we do not sell physical products, returns do not apply. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Refund Policy

No Refunds for Completed Sessions:

Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have already been used or attended.

Cancellation Policy:

For Single Sessions:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
  • Missed sessions without adequate notice will be considered used and are non-refundable.
  • One-time exceptions may be granted at my discretion based on individual circumstances.

For Group Therapy / Mastermind Sessions:

  • If you miss a group therapy or mastermind session, it will be considered missed and no refund will be issued.
  • Due to the intimate nature of the conversations, no recordings will be provided for missed sessions.
  • Cancellations for group therapy or mastermind programs are allowed within the first 2 sessions or 2 weeks (whichever comes first). The cost of the sessions already attended will be deducted, and any unutilized sessions will be refunded.

Individual Therapy and Coaching Packages:

  • Individual therapy or coaching packages are valid for use from the date of purchase and can be used within the next 3 months for up to 6 sessions.
  • Cancellation of the individual therapy or coaching package is allowed at any time within the validity period, and any unutilized sessions will be refunded. The sessions already attended will be deducted from the refund amount.

Payment Requirements:

  • Full payment is required upfront for all services.
  • No partial deposits or installment payments are accepted.

Exceptional Cases:

  • In rare cases where a service disruption occurs due to unforeseen circumstances on my part, clients will be offered rescheduling options or other remedies at my discretion.

The Reset 72 Challenge Refunds:

  • You can request a refund for the Reset 72 Challenge by writing to us at connect@heremind.com.
  • No refunds are entertained for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  • Refunds are only available before 3 days of the live webinar.

Rescheduling Sessions

Life happens. I understand that unexpected events or medical concerns may sometimes prevent you from attending your scheduled sessions. If this happens, I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the steps we can put in place to ensure you are not missing your session.

  • If you are facing an emergency or medical concern, please let me know ahead of time so we can reschedule your session at a more suitable time.
  • In the rare case that I need to cancel a session due to an emergency on my end, I will reschedule it at no additional charge, as your well-being is my priority.
