Services Offered

1. Psychotherapy:

   • For Indian clients only.
   • Designed to support mental health and well-being.

2. Mindset Coaching:

   • For international clients only.
   • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and is not suitable for individuals with mental health diagnoses.

Important: Coaching clients from outside India acknowledge that I am not a registered mental health professional in their country and agree to work within the scope of coaching services.

Payment and Refund Policy

• Full payment is required upfront for all sessions and packages.
• No partial deposits are accepted.
• No refunds are offered for sessions already used.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
• Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the session being considered used.
• One-time exceptions may be given at my discretion.
• Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated based on availability.

Missed Sessions

• Sessions missed without prior intimation of at least 24 hours will be considered used and will not be rescheduled.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this website, including but not limited to blog posts, webinars, tools, and resources, is the intellectual property of Grow with Anaita Arthur Veigas.
• No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or sold without explicit written permission.
• Unauthorized duplication or misuse of services is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality and Exceptions

• Personal information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.
• Exceptions to confidentiality include:
  • Harm to self or others.
  • Legal obligations to report harm or abuse.
  • Testimonies or disclosures, with client consent when applicable.
• Cases may be discussed during professional supervision to ensure quality of care, with identifying details kept confidential.

Limitations of Liability

• I am not liable for any outcomes resulting from my services.
• Results depend on the collaborative effort between the client and the service provider.

Client Behavior and Communication

To maintain a respectful and professional environment, the following rules apply:

• Clients must not use abusive, foul, or insulting language.
• Defamatory, degrading, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of services.

Termination of Services

I reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

• Inappropriate behavior or language.
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Disputes

• All disputes are subject to the laws of India and will be resolved accordingly.
