3. How are sessions conducted?

All sessions are offered online via secure video calls. You can join from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are in the world.

4. I’ve tried therapy before, and it didn’t work. How will this be different?

A lot of people come to me after feeling like past therapy or coaching didn’t help. That’s because not every approach fits everyone. If you’ve felt unseen, unheard, or stuck in surface-level solutions, this work will feel different. My approach goes beyond just talking—we get to the root of the issue, break deep-seated patterns, and work through the lies holding you back so you actually see change in your life.

5. Do I really need therapy/coaching? Can’t I just figure this out on my own?

You’ve already tried that. If it worked, you wouldn’t still be searching for answers. Having the right guidance doesn’t mean you’re weak—it means you’re serious about breaking patterns and making real changes. You don’t need to struggle alone.

6. Is online therapy as effective as in-person sessions?

Yes. In fact, many of my clients prefer online sessions because they can be fully present in a comfortable space without worrying about travel or time constraints. Plus, research backs up that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for most mental health concerns.

7. I don’t think my problems are ‘big enough’ for therapy.

You don’t have to hit rock bottom to deserve support. If something feels off, overwhelming, or exhausting, you’re allowed to seek help. Therapy isn’t just for crisis—it’s for clarity, confidence, and growth.

8. I’m not sure I’ll have time for this.

10. Do you offer sliding scale pricing?

Yes. I have a limited number of sliding scale slots for those who need financial flexibility:

  • INR 3999 x 6 / 50-minute sessions (India)
  • USD 120 x 6 / 50-minute sessions (Outside India)

11. How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your goals. Some people see shifts in 6–10 sessions, while deeper work may require 20+ sessions. We’ll customize your journey together.

12. Can I just book one session and see how it goes?

I only work with package sessions because transformation takes time. One session can give you clarity—but real change happens over multiple sessions. That’s why I don’t do quick fixes. However, if you’re unsure, you can book a single session at INR 7500 / USD 200 to experience my approach before committing.

13. What if I can’t afford this?

I get it—therapy is an investment. But ask yourself this:

  • How much has procrastination, self-doubt, or burnout already cost you?
  • What’s the price of staying stuck?
